Eckert Seamans’s Israel Advisory Group represents clients ranging from large multinational corporations to startups doing business in Israel and in the United States. We represent Israeli corporations, startups, closely-held partnerships, individuals and Universities that do business in the U.S.

We also work closely with Israeli law firms on matters that require close collaboration between U.S. and Israeli attorneys.

Our team includes lawyers who have lived in Israel, studied in Israel, speak Hebrew fluently, and frequently travel to Israel.

Represented numerous Israeli companies in patent infringement actions and in inter-partes review and post-grant review proceedings related to various technologies including cybersecurity, medical devices, life sciences, telecommunications, and computer software/hardware in federal district courts throughout the U.S., before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and in the International Trade Commission.
Provide turnkey U.S. legal compliance for several Israeli airlines, to include advice on commercial and regulatory advice, as well as federal and state doing business requirements (e.g., employment, tax, etc.)
Assisted major Israeli defense contractor with importation of satellite for SpaceX mission
Strong connections with Israeli government in support of international aviation efforts
