- Through our partnership with SCG Legal, a global network of over 119 independent law firms with more than 12,000 attorneys, our clients’ cross-border transactions and disputes are handled seamlessly with alliance firms’ help. This network offers us access to evolving legislation and real-time business developments anywhere in the world.
- Eckert Seamans transformed our company culture through technology by launching a program called “Certified Application Specialist” (CAS), which certifies internal “power users” for our firm’s four most-used platforms: Word, Excel, Adobe, and PowerPoint. Upon successful completion of a rigorous and demanding process, these internal power users join a support team which provides next-level assistance to the firm’s attorneys and staff on these platforms. The CAS program accelerated our productivity by helping to establish a vibrant learning culture and rewarding employees who go above and beyond. At its core, the CAS program serves our attorneys better so that their work product is completed more quickly and more accurately for all of our clients.
- Our attorneys also are constantly delivering resources to our clients to stay current on breaking legal news that could impact their businesses. We know the importance of shedding light on the latest rulings and legal issues, pending legislation, and competitive landscape that could affect businesses and clients alike.
