Eckert Seamans Affirms Executive Leadership Team with 2024 Reappointments

The Board of Directors of national law firm Eckert Seamans has reappointed several members of its Executive Committee for the 2024-2025 term, including Chief Executive Officer Scott D. Cessar and Executive Committee Chair Mark L. Reardon. Member Dorothy A. Davis has also been reappointed as Chair of the firm’s Board of Directors.
Additionally, Member Gregory A. Weingart has been appointed to the firm’s Executive Committee for the 2024-2025 term. Weingart serves as Chair of the firm’s Business Counseling, Financial Transactions, and Mergers & Acquisition practices. He has practiced as a transactional attorney for more than 30 years, working with clients on a wide range of commercial transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, financings, reorganizations, and joint ventures.
Weingart transitions onto the Committee as Member Evelyn D. Sahr steps down from her position. Sahr will continue to serve in several leadership positions at the firm, including as a Member of the Board of Directors and as Chair of the firm’s Aviation practice.

Eckert Seamans’ Executive Committee is responsible for the firm’s strategy, development of the firm’s competitive position, relationships with clients, business planning, and financial management. The full Executive Committee for the 2024-2025 term includes:
