Eckert Seamans Assists with Parx Casino’s New Facility in Shippensburg

A team of lawyers from national law firm Eckert Seamans has advised Parx Casino on various matters related to its newly opened Shippensburg, Pennsylvania location. Parx Casino Shippensburg celebrated its Grand Opening on February 3, 2023 and features 73,000 square feet of space with over 500 slot machines, 48 electronic table games, and the Liberty Bar and Grill.

The Eckert Seamans team advised on a range of matters related to the casino’s opening, including serving as regulatory counsel and handling licensing matters; advising on transactional, zoning, and real estate matters; handling contracts and agreements; and assisting with licensing work related to the casino’s bar and grill.
