Eckert Seamans Continues to Expand Philadelphia Office with Addition of Professional Liability Member Elaine Ross

National law firm Eckert Seamans welcomes Elaine M. Ross as a Member in the Professional Liability practice group. She joins the firm’s Philadelphia office from Rawle & Henderson, LLP and brings with her over 25 years of litigation experience.

Ross is a seasoned litigator with extensive jury trial experience. She successfully defends hospitals, physicians, nurses, long-term care providers, and corporate entities in complex medical cases with high exposure. Additionally, Ross previously served as Managing Partner of McCumber, Daniels, Buntz, Hartig, Puig & Ross’ Pennsylvania office. She earned a J.D. from Delaware Law School and a BBA from Temple University.

The office was also recently recognized as one of the top-30 largest law firms in the region by the Philadelphia Business Journal.
