Eckert Seamans Attorneys Appointed to Leadership Roles with Pennsylvania Association of Bond Lawyers

National law firm Eckert Seamans is proud to recognize several of its Public Finance attorneys for their outstanding leadership within the Pennsylvania Association of Bond Lawyers (PABL), as well as their integral role in coordinating the organization’s successful 39th Annual Seminar, held May 21, 2026, in Harrisburg.
The firm’s attorneys have served in longstanding prominent leadership positions within PABL, reflecting Eckert Seamans’ commitment to supporting the public finance community across the Commonwealth. The serving Eckert Seamans attorneys include:

In addition to their leadership roles, Cox, Caron, and Horstmann were instrumental in planning and delivering PABL’s recent annual seminar, which convened public finance professionals from across Pennsylvania for a day of substantive programming, collaboration, and industry dialogue.
