National law firm Eckert Seamans is pleased to announce key leadership appointments, including naming Craig Waksler as Chair of the firm’s Compensation Committee and Clare Gallagher as Chair and Jon Nadler as Co-Chair of the firm’s Labor & Employment practice group.

“Craig, Clare, and Jon are exceptional leaders who embody our firm’s commitment to collaboration and excellent client service,” said CEO Scott Cessar. “Craig’s strategic perspective and deep institutional knowledge make him well-suited to lead our Compensation Committee, while Clare and Jon bring tremendous experience and vision that will continue to strengthen our highly regarded Labor & Employment practice. We are confident these appointments will further position the firm for continued success.”

Craig Waksler is based in the firm’s Boston office and serves as a Member of the Board of Directors, Co-Chair of the Mass Tort Litigation practice, and Chair of the Budget and Finance Committee. In his expanded leadership role, Waksler will oversee compensation strategy, partner evaluation processes, and alignment of firm performance with long-term goals.

Clare Gallagher is based in Pittsburgh, where she has served as Co-Chair of the Labor & Employment practice since 2017. She also serves on the firm’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee. As she transitions to Chair of the Labor & Employment practice, she will continue to lead strategic growth initiatives, mentor team members, and advise clients on complex workplace matters.

Jon Nadler is based in the Philadelphia office, where he has been a Member since 2013. He represents employers at all stages of labor and employment law matters, including litigation in federal and state courts, arbitration, and mediation. As Co-Chair, Nadler will work alongside Gallagher to expand the practice, enhance client service delivery, and drive innovation in employment law solutions.

These appointments follow the elevation of Member Ryan Cassidy to the firmwide role of Litigation Division Chair. Cassidy previously served as Chair of the Labor & Employment practice and Chair of the Compensation Committee, where he played a key role in the growth and strategic direction of both areas.
