Eckert Seamans Strengthens Business Immigration Practice with Addition of Philadelphia Labor & Employment Team

National law firm Eckert Seamans is pleased to welcome a Business Immigration team from Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP. The team includes Members Min S. Suh and Shaun Staller, as well as Paralegal Jennifer Schama and will be based in Eckert Seamans’ Philadelphia office.

Suh focuses her practice on employment-based immigration law, representing corporations across diverse industries such as financial services, manufacturing, information technology, education, healthcare, and nonprofit organizations. She advises international companies on immigration matters related to acquisitions, mergers, global relocations, and workforce restructuring. Suh is highly experienced in I-9 compliance and worksite enforcement, helping employers develop effective compliance programs. She holds a J.D. from Widener University School of Law and a B.S. from Stockton University of New Jersey.
Staller is a multilingual business immigration attorney with broad international experience advising individuals and businesses across all industries on navigating the complex U.S. immigration system. His practice focuses on employment-based visas and compliance, helping employers to develop strategic immigration plans for their global workforce. Staller also works closely with foreign entrepreneurs seeking to launch or invest in U.S. enterprises, as well as with individuals in family-based immigration cases. He holds a J.D. from Temple University School of Law, an M.A. in International Relations from the Barcelona Institute of International Studies, and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
Schama has more than 15 years of experience working as a paralegal and legal assistant in the immigration and employment law sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Paralegal Studies from Peirce College.
