Overview
Shaun Staller is a multilingual business immigration attorney with broad international experience, advising individuals and businesses across industries on navigating the complex U.S. immigration system. His practice focuses on employment-based visas and compliance, helping employers to develop strategic immigration plans for their global workforce.
Shaun also works closely with foreign entrepreneurs seeking to launch or invest in U.S. enterprises, guiding them through the immigration process to secure relevant benefits. He regularly represents clients before federal agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security (USCIS, ICE), the Department of Labor, and the Department of State.
Known for his practical insight and deep understanding of the U.S. immigration landscape and its rapidly changing policies, Shaun crafts tailored strategies based on each client’s unique circumstances and goals. He simplifies legal jargon, clarifies requirements and timelines, and works to secure immigration status for dependent family members whenever possible.

Shaun has over a decade of experience representing individuals and corporate clients across a variety of industries in successfully achieving their real-world goals within a complex and ever-changing immigration system.
Shaun’s experience includes:
- Successfully prevailed on numerous Requests for Evidence/Motions to Reopen or Reconsider/Appeals to the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO) in reversing adverse USCIS determinations.
- Designed numerous comprehensive global mobility programs and policies for multinational companies
- Served in-house on a secondment to a global technology company during H-1B cap season to streamline processes.
- Prepared waiver applications that were successful in waiving unlawful presence (I-601A), prior criminal convictions, and the I-751 signature requirement for a battered spouse, amongst other inadmissibility issues.

Interests
Shaun is an avid traveler, be it a beach destination or a backpacking adventure, and has lived in Barcelona and Puerto Rico. He is fluent in Spanish & Catalan, and conversant in Portuguese. Shaun is also a cyclist and has participated in the American Cancer Society’s Bike-a-thon from Philadelphia to Atlantic City on several occasions, biking ~70 miles to raise money for the cause. He also enjoys live music, cooking, and hiking with his dog/son, Nemo.
