Eckert Seamans Advises F&M Tool and Plastics on Acquisition by GSC Technologies

A team from national law firm Eckert Seamans has advised F&M Tool & Plastics, Inc. on its acquisition by GSC Technologies Inc. F&M is a leading designer, developer, and manufacturer of plastic storage and organizational products under the Bella Storage Solution brand based in Leominster, MA. Founded in 1982, GSC designs and manufactures practical storage and organization products including totes, garbage cans, furniture, and shelving.
The Eckert Seamans team was led by Ernest Holtzheimer and included Kristi Panduku and Ben Mantica (Corporate/M&A). Additional support was provided by Eckert Seamans attorneys Jack Kearns (Tax), Pavli Permeti (Tax), Larry Finnell (Employee Benefits), and Mark Mazza (IP).
