Overview

Sarah Boutros focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, including matters involving business, finance, real estate, and construction disputes. She represents a diverse range of clients from privately held corporations and small businesses to sophisticated individuals in matters before Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and federal courts as well as the American Arbitration Association.

Clients rely on Sarah’s profound understanding of the issues and her professional judgment to offer practical resolutions to complicated and contentious legal disputes. Sarah has extensive experience with all phases of litigation including discovery, motion practice, trial, and settlement.

Sarah currently serves as a volunteer attorney for the Support Center for Child Advocates, a Philadelphia-based nonprofit organization dedicated to providing legal assistance and social services for children who have experienced abuse. Additionally, Sarah has also represented victims of domestic abuse in divorce proceedings through Philadelphia VIP, and has assisted homeless individuals living in Philadelphia with applications to obtain certified copies of their birth certificates, through the Philadelphia Homeless Advocacy Project. 

During her time in law school, Sarah served as the Executive Editor of The Temple International & Comparative Law Journal, managing over 30 staff editors. Sarah also completed Temple Law School’s nationally recognized Integrated Trial Advocacy Program.
