Overview

Morgan Madden focuses her practice on a broad range of labor and employment matters, as well as municipal law and litigation.  She represents public employers in management-side labor and employment issues including hiring, termination, employee discipline, and contract negotiations.  Morgan is also an experienced litigator and assists municipal clients with interest arbitrations, grievance arbitrations and other employment-related litigation.  In addition, she advised municipalities on zoning, land development, governance, and other solicitor matters.

Morgan graduated from Penn State University in 2013 and Widener University Delaware Law School in 2017.  While there, Morgan served as the Student Bar Association President, was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society, and was named a Martin Luther King, Jr. Senior Fellow for her pro bono work throughout law school.  She was selected as a member of the 2016 clerkship program for the Delaware Department of Justice and is a graduate of the Delaware Law School Intensive Trial Advocacy Program.  Following law school, Morgan served as a judicial law clerk in the 41st Pennsylvania Judicial District.
