Overview

Laura DelFratte focuses her practice in the areas of tax and estate law. She is skilled in the preparation and review of complex tax returns for estates, trusts, businesses, and individuals. Laura also has significant experience in business valuation and the administration of estates and drafting estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, insurance trusts, durable and springing powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, and living wills. She also prepares, analyzes, and provides guidance to clients on corporate documents.

Prior to joining Eckert Seamans, Laura was a tax director at a national public accounting firm and a former adjunct faculty member at Chatham University, teaching individual taxation.
