Special Counsel Laura DelFratte Rejoins Eckert Seamans’ Tax, Estates and Employee Benefits Practice Group in Pittsburgh

Laura DelFratte has joined national law firm Eckert Seamans’ Pittsburgh office as Special Counsel in the Tax, Estates and Employee Benefits practice. She rejoins Eckert Seamans having previously served as an Associate Attorney at the firm from 2018 – 2020.

DelFratte focuses her practice in the areas of tax and estate law. She is skilled in the preparation and review of complex tax returns for estates, trusts, businesses, and individuals. DelFratte also has significant experience in business valuation, the administration of estates, and drafting estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, insurance trusts, durable and springing powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, and living wills. She also prepares, analyzes, and provides guidance to clients on corporate documents. DelFratte earned a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, an M.B.A from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, and a B.S. from The Pennsylvania State University.
