Christopher Winkler focuses his practice on construction law, representing clients in state and federal courts across the country. He provides comprehensive guidance and advice to clients facing diverse and complex legal issues, drawing on his extensive experience in construction-related disputes and litigation. Christopher is well-versed in handling a variety of legal matters, ensuring his clients receive tailored solutions to navigate the complexities of construction law.

Before joining Eckert Seamans, Christopher practiced in the Pittsburgh office of a national law firm. Additionally, he gained experience as a legal intern with the United States Attorneys’ Office for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

While at Duquesne University School of Law, Christopher was the Executive Articles Editor of the Duquesne Law Review and a member of the Appellate Moot Court Board. He also served as a Research Assistant to Professor Joseph Mistick.

Outside of work, Christopher enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog, golfing, and traveling. As a former baseball player at Saint Vincent College, Christopher is an avid baseball fan and enjoys rooting for the Pittsburgh Pirates.
