Eckert Seamans Welcomes Christopher Winkler to Construction Litigation Practice

National law firm Eckert Seamans continues its strategic growth with the addition of Christopher Winkler as an Associate in its Construction Litigation practice. Winkler joins the firm’s Pittsburgh office and brings valuable experience from his previous role at Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP.

Winkler focuses his practice on construction law, representing clients in state and federal courts across the country. He provides comprehensive guidance and advice on diverse and complex legal issues, leveraging his extensive experience in construction-related disputes and litigation. His versatile skill set allows him to offer tailored solutions to clients navigating the intricacies of construction law.

Winkler earned his J.D. in 2020 from the Duquesne University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, following his B.A., magna cum laude, from Saint Vincent College in 2017. While at Duquesne University School of Law, Winkler demonstrated leadership and academic excellence as the Executive Articles Editor of the Duquesne Law Review and a member of the Appellate Moot Court Board. He also served as a Research Assistant to Professor Joseph Mistick, further honing his legal research and writing skills. Winkler also gained valuable experience as a legal intern with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
