Overview
Andrew Francos concentrates his practice on labor and employment matters. He counsels both public and private sector employers on management-side labor and employment issues, including hiring, termination, employee discipline, and contract negotiations. Andrew also assists municipal clients with grievance arbitrations and other employment-related litigation.
Prior to joining Eckert Seamans, Andrew built a strong foundation practicing family law in Greater Philadelphia, regularly advocating before hearing officers and Common Pleas Court Judges. His appellate experience includes spearheading the research and drafting of a successful custody appeal brief to the Superior Court.
