New York Metro Super Lawyers 2018 recognizes four attorneys in Eckert Seamans’ White Plains office

Eckert Seamans is very pleased to announce that member (partner) Christopher F. Graham was selected for inclusion in the 2018 edition of New York Metro Super Lawyers for his work in Bankruptcy: Business for the thirteenth consecutive year.
In addition, two associates were named 2018 New York Metro Rising Stars: Sarah J. Greenberg (General Litigation) and Nicholas Maiorano (Class Action/Mass Torts: Defense and Personal Injury – Products: Defense) were both included for the fourth consecutive year. In addition, Morgan R. McCord, who was promoted to member in May 2018, was selected for inclusion as a Rising Star for his legal work in Banking for the third consecutive year.
The Eckert Seamans group joins the top five percent of lawyers in New York Metro in receiving this honor from peers and others in the legal industry. The basis for selection includes noteworthy verdicts or settlements, creativity or innovation within the legal process, the number of cases tried or transactions handled, years in practice, position within the firm, professional activities, writings and lectures; community involvement, professional degrees or training, and academic and employment background. The full results of the survey will be published in the Thomson Reuters Legal annual publication New York Metro Super Lawyers Magazine and in a supplement to The New York Times in October.
