Overview
Nicholas Maiorano concentrates his practice in the defense of mass torts, product liability, and A.I. litigation matters. He represents clients in the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey and has served as first and second chair on several trials. Nicholas has experience handling complex litigation matters from pre-suit evaluation, through discovery, depositions, motion practice, oral arguments, trials, and appeals.
