Eckert Seamans Welcomes Zane A. Madden

Eckert Seamans is pleased to welcome Zane A. Madden to the firm’s Pittsburgh office. Madden focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, banking and asset finance, and general corporate governance.
Madden has represented clients in multiple industries and of varying size, ranging from start-up companies to large public companies.
Prior to joining the firm, he was a corporate associate at a large international law firm located in Pittsburgh. Madden also served as an intern for The Honorable Cynthia Reed Eddy of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
