Overview
Zane Madden focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, banking and asset finance, and general corporate governance. Zane has represented clients in multiple industries and of varying size , ranging from start-up companies to large public companies.
Prior to joining the firm, Zane was a corporate associate at a large international law firm located in Pittsburgh. Zane also served as an intern for The Honorable Cynthia Reed Eddy of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
