Eckert Seamans Welcomes Real Estate Member Kimberly Tague in Pittsburgh

National law firm Eckert Seamans has added Kimberly S. Tague as a Member in the Real Estate practice group. Tague joins Eckert Seamans’ Pittsburgh office from Strassburger, McKenna, Gutnick & Gefsky, where she was chair of the firm’s real estate group.

Tague represents clients on real estate transactional matters, including sales, acquisition, development, financing, leasing, zoning, land use, easements, title issues and clearance, licenses, and air space transfers. She also advises on real estate tax assessment and real estate tax exemption matters, including valuation appeals and property tax exemption applications, hearings, and appeals. Tague has extensive experience counseling on the development, creation, management, and disputes associated with planned communities and condominiums. In addition, she advises clients on real estate litigation matters, including condominium and homeowners association disputes, title matters, boundary disputes, construction claims, eminent domain cases, and real estate development disputes.

Tague earned her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law and her B.A. from The University of Pittsburgh. She is a Member of the Civil Litigation Council of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and was elected to the Judiciary Committee of the Allegheny County Bar Association in 2022. Tague is also active with the Keystone Chapter of the Community Associations Institute where she serves on both the Legislative Action Committee and the Communications and Content Committee.

Tague’s arrival follows the recent additions of commercial litigation Member Nicholas Pasalides in White Plains and data privacy Senior Attorney Elizabeth Wilson in Philadelphia.
