In addition to the commercial litigation practice group, he will also be working closely with Eckert Seamans’ labor and employment practice advising on a range of matters. He earned his J.D. from Pace University School of Law and his B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany.

Pasalides currently serves as co-chair of the Westchester County Bar Association Debtor and Creditor Rights Committee and sits on the board of the Somers Education Foundation, an organization that provides educational grants to the local school district, where he is also chair of the scholarship committee. In addition, Pasalides sits on the board for Somers Partners in Prevention, an organization that provides community-level addiction support and prevention.

“We are thrilled to have Nicholas join the White Plains office,” said Steven R. Kramer, Member-In-Charge of Eckert Seamans’ White Plains office. “He is a welcomed addition to our robust commercial litigation practice and brings a strong skillset in a wide range of litigation sectors.”

Pasalides’ arrival coincides with the addition of data privacy Senior Attorney Elizabeth Wilson to Eckert Seamans’ Philadelphia office this week, and follows the earlier additions of several other commercial litigation attorneys to the firm in recent months, including Matthew Gill in Pittsburgh; John Coleman in Philadelphia; Lisa Bell and Kelsey Vincent in Washington, D.C.; and Gabriel Vincent Tese in Harrisburg.

Lawyers in Eckert Seamans’ Commercial Litigation practice group advise on business disputes across a broad spectrum of local, regional, and national industry sectors, counseling clients on all stages of litigation, from pre-suit counseling and investigations through trials and appeals. The group’s client base ranges from international Fortune 500 companies, publicly and privately held companies, and professional service firms, to healthcare providers, colleges and universities, and government entities.
