Overview

Nicholas Pasalides focuses his practice on commercial litigation matters involving foreclosure, fraud, breach of contract, theft of corporate opportunity, shareholder derivative actions, and breach of fiduciary duty. He has extensive experience in both the Federal and State Courts and advises clients through all stages of litigation, from fact investigation through oral arguments and settlement hearings. Nicholas represents clients before the Federal Bankruptcy Court, advising both creditors and debtors in all manners of bankruptcy proceedings across the country.

Nicholas was recognized by the Westchester County Bar Association in 2020 as Outstanding New Lawyer and serves as the co-chair of the Westchester County Bar Association Debtor and Creditor Rights Committee.  He is also an active member of the Pace Law alumni association and sits on the board.

Community Involvement

Nicholas is highly involved with his local community. He sits on the boards of the Somers Education Foundation, which provides academic grants and scholarships, and Somers Partners in Prevention which focuses on addiction support and prevention. In addition, he is also a member of the Somers Lions Club which supports the community through volunteer projects and charitable works.
