Eckert Seamans is pleased to welcome Randall S. MacTough to the firm’s Wilmington, Del. office. MacTough focuses on commercial litigation and professional liability matters.
His client-focused approach to litigation enables MacTough to produce creative solutions specifically catered to his client’s individual needs. He has extensive experience representing clients in complex civil matters litigated in Delaware’s federal and state courts. Throughout his career, MacTough has achieved results for large and small organizations in the healthcare, transportation, and higher education industries.
Before joining Eckert Seamans, MacTough practiced at well respected, full-service law firms where he obtained valuable practical civil litigation experience. He also gained insight into judicial decision-making process as a law clerk at the Superior Court of Delaware and judicial intern for the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
