Randy MacTough focuses on commercial litigation and professional liability matters. Randy’s client-focused approach to litigation enables him to produce creative solutions specifically catered to his client’s individual needs. He has extensive experience representing clients in complex civil matters litigated in Delaware’s federal and state courts. Throughout his career, Randy has achieved results for large and small organizations in the healthcare, transportation, and higher education industries.
Before joining Eckert Seamans, Randy practiced at well respected, full-service law firms where he obtained valuable practical civil litigation experience. Randy also gained insight into judicial decision-making process as a law clerk at the Superior Court of Delaware and judicial intern for the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Interests
In Randy’s free time, he and his wife frequently visit breweries and wineries throughout the Mid-Atlantic, tasting all the excellent craft beverages the area has to offer. He is a die-hard Philadelphia sports fan who never misses an Eagles game and enjoys his spring and summer Sundays at Citizens Bank Park rooting for the Phillies. In addition to Randy’s passion for Philadelphia sports, he loves soccer. Randy closely follows the English Premier League, plays in local adult leagues whenever he can, and referees youth games throughout Delaware.
