Eckert Seamans Welcomes Morgan Madden

Eckert Seamans is pleased to welcome Morgan M. Madden to the firm’s Harrisburg, Pennsylvania office. She focuses her practice on a broad range of labor and employment matters and municipal law and litigation. 

Madden represents public employers in management-side labor and employment issues, including hiring, termination, employee discipline, and contract negotiations.  She is an experienced litigator and assists municipal clients with interest arbitrations, grievance arbitrations, and other employment-related litigation, as well as various zoning, land development, governance, and other solicitor matters.

Before entering private practice, Madden served as a judicial law clerk in the 41st Pennsylvania Judicial District. She was also selected as a member of the 2016 clerkship program for the Delaware Department of Justice and is a graduate of the Delaware Law School Intensive Trial Advocacy Program.

Madden joins from McCormick Law Firm. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and earned her J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School (2017), where she served as president of the Student Bar Association, was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society, and was named a Martin Luther King, Jr. Senior Fellow for her pro bono work.  Her dual undergraduate degrees in political science and public relations are from the Pennsylvania State University (2013).
