Eckert Seamans welcomes Kristi Panduku as an associate in the firm’s Boston office and Corporate Group

Eckert Seamans is pleased to welcome Kristi Panduku as an associate in the firm’s Boston office. He concentrates his practice in the areas of business counseling, mergers and acquisitions, financing, and real estate matters. He advises individuals and businesses on such matters as corporate organizations, asset and stock sales and purchases, corporate mergers, equity and debt financings, and corporate governance issues.  Prior to joining Eckert Seamans, he practiced at a boutique law firm outside of Boston, focusing on corporate transactions and commercial real estate transactions.

Before joining private practice, Panduku worked in the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Boston, where he participated in large-scale criminal investigations as part of the Health Care Fraud Unit.

Panduku earned his J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 2013. He earned his B.A. in international relations with a concentration in economics and Europe and a minor in business administration from Boston University in 2008.
