Eckert Seamans Names Eric Losey Vice Chair of Mass Tort Litigation Practice Group

National law firm Eckert Seamans has appointed Member Eric N. Losey as Vice Chair of the firm’s Mass Tort Litigation practice group. In this role, Losey will help lead the nationally recognized practice alongside Co-Chairs Dennis R. McEwen and Craig Waksler, guiding the group’s representation of clients in complex mass tort, toxic tort, and product liability matters nationwide.

Losey is based in the firm’s Boston office, where he focuses his practice on defending personal injury, property damage, environmental, asbestos, mass tort, and product liability claims. He represents clients ranging from Fortune 500 manufacturers and multinational corporations to privately held businesses in state and federal courts nationwide.
