Eckert Seamans Member Jennifer Caron Selected as Member of the Anne B. Anstine Excellence in Public Service Series Class of 2024

Jennifer M. Caron, a Harrisburg-based Member with national law firm Eckert Seamans has been selected as a member of the Anne B. Anstine Excellence in Public Service Series Class of 2024. Eckert Seamans attorneys who have participated in the program previously include Members Laura Kurtz and Renee Mattei Montgomery.

The Anstine Series works to engage, educate, and prepare female leaders to seek and hold leadership positions in their communities, in business and non-profits, in elected office, and through appointments to boards and commissions. Each year, a class of talented women representing all regions of Pennsylvania are selected through a competitive process to participate in an intensive ten-month professional training program. Participants gain information, tools, and skills to enhance their civic and political participation.

Caron concentrates her law practice on public and municipal finance. She serves as bond counsel in transactions involving the issuance of municipal securities by or on behalf of Pennsylvania counties, cities, townships, boroughs, school districts, and municipal authorities, and represents municipal securities underwriting firms and banking institutions engaged in the municipal finance industry.

Caron currently serves on the Lower Allen Township Board of Commissioners, serves as Secretary and Treasurer of the Pennsylvania Association of Township Commissioners and is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Association of Bond Lawyers. She is also involved with several additional professional and community organizations, including the Pennsylvania Chapter of Women in Public Finance and Junior Achievement, among others.
