Eckert Seamans Continues Boston Growth with Addition of Corporate Member Brian Lynch
January 7, 2025
National law firm Eckert Seamans has welcomed Brian A. Lynch as a Member in the Business Counseling practice group. He joins the firm’s Boston office from Rudolph Friedmann LLP.
Lynch advises entrepreneurs and business owners on corporate matters including entity formation, corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiations, business sales and acquisitions, commercial real estate transactions and leases, and general commercial transactions. He has extensive experience counseling corporations, limited liability companies, and nonprofit organizations in a variety of industries, including professional services, food services, construction, real estate development, digital marketing and new media, data and technology, and sports gaming.
“Brian’s arrival is another strategic attorney addition to our growing office and we are excited to have him on board,” said Robert Levy, Member-In-Charge of the firm’s Boston office. “He brings extensive experience advising clients of all backgrounds and sizes on a wide range of business matters, and our firmwide corporate team is excited to collaborate with him to better serve clients.”
Prior to joining two Massachusetts-based law firms, Lynch operated a solo law practice for five years, acting as outside counsel for multiple early-stage startup companies in emerging industries. He holds a B.A. from Stonehill College and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.
Lynch’s arrival closely follows the addition of business litigation Member Jill Hauff and commercial litigation Associate Frederick Pierce to the firm’s Boston office. The firm also welcomed Vincent DeVito as Energy, Utilities & Telecom Special Counsel in the Washington, D.C. office earlier this week. Attorneys in the firm’s Business Counseling practice group represent national and international companies, as well as emerging and growing businesses, in all aspects of mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations and corporate finance.
