Eckert Seamans Welcomes Frederick E. Pierce III in Boston

National law firm Eckert Seamans is pleased to announce the addition of Frederick E. Pierce III as an Associate in its Commercial Litigation practice in Boston, further strengthening the firm’s strategic growth initiatives.

Pierce brings valuable experience in civil litigation, with a primary focus on product and premises liability, insurance coverage, commercial disputes, and other complex litigation matters. Prior to joining Eckert Seamans, Pierce honed his skills at a nationally acclaimed insurance defense firm. There, he handled high-profile cases involving major automobile manufacturers, national insurance carriers, and Fortune 500 companies.

Before entering private practice, Pierce served as a judicial law clerk to the judges of the Connecticut Superior Court, judicial district of Fairfield. As a clerk, he assisted numerous judges throughout Connecticut in drafting Superior Court decisions pertaining to administrative agency matters, employment, real estate, contract, tort, and insurance law. He also completed research projects for numerous judges and authored bench memoranda analyzing various legal issues presented at trial.

Pierce earned his J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University School of Law in 2022, following his B.A. in Government & Politics and History from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2018. He is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
