William H. Hurd was selected to the Super Lawyers list and also recognized as a “Top 50 Richmond” attorney, as well as being recognized as a top Appellate lawyer in Virginia. Hurd specializes his practice in federal and state appellate litigation, complex and high-stakes issues, and government and internal investigations. He served as the first solicitor general of Virginia (from 1999-2004), and Bill has represented businesses under investigation by state attorneys general across the nation.
Christopher L. Perkins was recognized as a Super Lawyer in the rare of Bankruptcy: Business. Perkins practices in all aspects of bankruptcy, creditor’s rights, business reorganizations, receiverships, workouts, and commercial litigation. His bankruptcy practice involves the representation of Chapter 11 debtors, lenders and other secured creditors, creditors’ committees, trustees, receivers, lessors and vendors.
