Overview
Min Suh focuses exclusively on employment-based immigration law, representing corporations across diverse industries such as financial services, manufacturing, information technology, education, healthcare, and nonprofit organizations. She advises international companies on immigration matters related to acquisitions, mergers, global mobility, and workforce restructuring.
Min is highly experienced in I-9 compliance and worksite enforcement, helping employers develop effective compliance programs. She regularly handles government investigations, including on-site audits, depositions, and appellate litigation.
With over 20 years of experience, Min is a strong advocate for the role of robust visa programs in enhancing employee morale and productivity—key factors in attracting and retaining top global talent. She coordinates the firm’s multi-disciplinary approach, integrating labor and employment law, tax counseling, employee benefits, and other related areas to support the global mobilization of personnel.
Previously a legislative assistant at a national government relations firm, Min remains actively engaged with government agencies and representatives on immigration-related legislative and regulatory issues. She provides proactive counsel to employers and individuals navigating employment-based immigration challenges.
Representative Matters
- Representing multinational and domestic corporations in employment-based immigration matters before the U.S. Departments of Homeland Security, Labor and State.
- Representing companies and individuals in immigration-related administrative and federal court litigation, including defense of enforcement actions and federal court review of agency actions,
- Developing management strategies and compliance programs, and performing due diligence to assess possible penalties and minimize deficiencies.
- Representing employers in employer sanctions cases under the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.
- Counseling individuals of extraordinary ability, including professional athletes, academic researchers, professors,
- international medical graduates and physicians, as well as individuals whose immigration is in the national interest in obtaining immigration benefits.
- Counseling companies in developing effective global mobility policies and assisting them in establishing compliance programs on a global basis.
- Representing employers in employment and immigration matters before administrative agencies such as the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, U.S. Department of Justice and U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Interests
Min and her husband live in Haddonfield, New Jersey with their two high school aged sons and a mini golden doodle. An avid traveler and aspiring chef, Min’s family greatly appreciates her culinary passion. When she’s not traveling to cheer on her sons at their travel baseball games, she can often be found at Phillies games with her family.
Active in her community, Min also devotes time to mentoring young attorneys in the Philadelphia area, combining her professional experience with a commitment to fostering the next generation of legal talent.
