Experienced Litigator Michael Posavetz Rejoins Eckert Seamans’ Princeton Office

National law firm Eckert Seamans has welcomed seasoned litigator Michael A. Posavetz as a Member in the Commercial Litigation practice group. He rejoins Eckert Seamans’ Princeton office, having previously served as a Senior Litigation Attorney at the firm from 2020-2023.

Posavetz most recently practiced at Foley Mansfield. He has extensive experience representing organizations of all sizes, from Fortune 500 companies to startups, throughout the entire litigation process. He further represents corporations and business owners in complex litigation, focusing on business disputes, construction litigation, and general liability matters. Posavetz also provides counsel to business entities regarding contract negotiations and disputes, shareholder disputes, employment issues, consumer fraud, product liability, trademark infringement, and reduction of liability.
Before joining private practice, Posavetz held in-house counsel roles at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Fresh Harvest Distributors, and Consolidated Dairies, Inc. He holds a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law and a B.S. from St. John’s University.
