Stephen A. Bucchianeri
Steve Bucchianeri’s practice covers all aspects of intellectual property law with a focus on the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications across a wide variety of technical fields. His practice further encompasses infringement and validity studies, patentability and right-to-use opinions, and trademark and copyright issues.
Prior to joining Eckert Seamans, Steve served as patent counsel for a major agriculture and construction equipment manufacturer.
Prepares and prosecutes patent applications in a wide variety of technologies including, agricultural equipment, construction equipment, packaging equipment, machine tooling and related systems, consumer products, retail equipment, electrical switching apparatuses, handheld electronic devices, wireless communication systems, computer hardware and software, telecommunication devices and systems, medical devices, robotic mechanisms, toys, and new media based computer and business technologies, including Internet-based technologies.
