Overview
Michael Della Vecchia is a trial attorney practicing in the Mass Tort Litigation Group. He handles jury trials, arbitration proceedings, motion hearings and has extensive experience with discovery depositions as well as depositions of expert witnesses and has handled civil litigation and tort defense work in state and federal courts.
Prior to joining private practice, Michael served as a law clerk to the Hon. Michael A. Della Vecchia in the Civil Division of the Allegheny County Court of Common Please. Michael also served as the Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Pittsburgh Department of Law. He also served as a defense attorney for a large insurance company for a number of years where he defended individuals and companies in personal injury, property damage and wrongful death actions in state and federal court.
