J. Lynette Carter

Overview
Lynette Carter focuses her practice in the area of commercial litigation. Previously, she served seven years at the Pennsylvania Capitol as a budget analyst for the Pennsylvania State Senate, and as a research analyst for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.
Upon graduating from law school, Lynette served as a prosecutor in Dauphin County before returning to the PA House of Representatives as In-House Counsel. She entered private practice as an associate attorney at Marzzacco Niven & Associates, where she appeared before Administrative Law Judges on behalf of social security disability clients and assisted with personal injury matters.
