Laura E. Fein

Overview

Laura Fein practices in the firm’s Mass Tort Litigation Group with a concentration in the area of asbestos litigation. Her experience includes managing national discovery teams for multi-billion dollar mergers in various industries, including aerospace, industrial chemicals, and pharmaceuticals; negotiating with government agencies; and developing litigation strategy, writing briefs, and trial preparation in a range of commercial matters.

Prior to joining Eckert Seamans, Laura practiced antitrust and complex commercial litigation at two large private firms. She earned her J.D., with high honors, from Columbia Law School, where she was a Stone Scholar and a John Olin Scholar of Law and Economics, and earned her A.B., magna cum laude, in social studies from Harvard College, where she was a Radcliffe National Scholar.
