Overview
Krista Stefkovic focuses her practice on real estate, land use, zoning, contract law, and municipal law and predominantly represents clients on real estate-related matters. Her client base includes real estate developers, landlords, tenants, and banks, and advises government agencies, community groups, and nonprofits. Krista’s practice holistically comprises every stage of a real estate investment project, which includes acquisition and sale, new construction, finance transactions, leasing, and zoning approvals and appeals.
During the course of her legal studies, Krista served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Joel H. Slomsky in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Interests
Krista is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and enjoys cooking, animals, and traveling. She has been active in volunteer animal rescue, tutoring, and coaching in various parts of the Delaware Valley.
