Overview
Benjamin Mantica is an associate in the Construction and Alternate Dispute Resolution Practice Groups. He joins Eckert Seamans following his experience serving the firm as a summer associate in 2022.
Prior to joining Eckert Seamans, Ben served as a legal intern in the US. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Pennsylvania, where he conducted research, drafted memoranda and motions concerning summary judgement, habeas corpus petitions, enforcing administrative subpoenas, and other civil and criminal matters.
After receiving his commission as an Ensign in the United States Navy, Ben served as the Gunnery Officer onboard USS Sterrett and the Visit Board Search and Seizure Officer onboard USS Harpers Ferry.

Interests
Ben enjoys spending time with his wife, their three children, and their two English bulldogs. When he is not at a youth sporting event or tracking down one of his toddler boys, Ben is an avid squash and tennis player. Originally from Sewickley, Pa, Ben is thrilled to be back in Western Pennsylvania after being stationed in San Diego, California.
