Associate Attorney Benjamin Mantica Rejoins Eckert Seamans’ Pittsburgh Office

National law firm Eckert Seamans welcomes Benjamin S. Mantica as a Corporate Associate based in the firm’s Pittsburgh office. Mantica rejoins Eckert Seamans, having departed in 2024 to pursue an MBA at the University of Pittsburgh.
Mantica advises on complex business, real estate, and construction litigation matters. He previously served as a legal intern in the US. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Pennsylvania, where he conducted legal research, drafted memoranda and motions concerning summary judgment, enforcing administrative subpoenas, and other civil and criminal matters.
Prior to joining private law practice, Mantica served in the United States Navy, including as the Gunnery Officer onboard USS Sterrett and the Visit Board Search and Seizure Officer onboard USS Harpers Ferry. He holds a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a B.S. in History from the Naval Academy.
