A. Garrett Kelly is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation Group. Prior to joining Eckert Seamans, Garrett concentrated in the area of financial services representing national banks, credit unions, and private investors on issues involving loan workouts, insolvency, reorganization, bankruptcy, foreclosure and collections actions in state and federal courts. Garrett has counseled institutional lenders in secured and unsecured commercial financing transactions, including SBA and HUD loans, as well as structuring, drafting, and negotiating loan documentation for real estate development projects.
