Eckert Seamans Welcomes Zachary Wallack

Eckert Seamans is pleased to welcome Zachary M. Wallack to the firm’s Boston office. He is an experienced litigator and trial attorney who represents corporate and individual clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts, administrative proceedings, and at arbitration and mediation in disputes involving general negligence, products liability, construction defects, trucking accidents, and professional liability.
Before entering private practice, Wallack was an Assistant District Attorney in the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office. There, he served as the Chief of the Gun Prosecution Task Force, a specialized unit focused on prosecuting individuals charged with illegal firearm possession. Wallack tried more than 50 jury trials to verdict.
Active in the profession, Wallack is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association and serves as an Associate Board Member of the Anti-Defamation League.
Wallack joins from Tucker, Dyer & O’Connell, LLP and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts. He earned his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law (2013) and an undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Syracuse University (2009).
