Eckert Seamans Welcomes Harrisburg Associate Jesse Zilinski to Commercial Litigation Practice

Jesse N. Zilinski has joined national law firm Eckert Seamans as an Associate in the Commercial Litigation practice group. He joins the firm’s Harrisburg office after having most recently served as a Judicial Law Clerk for two judges in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
During his time serving as Law Clerk to the Hon. Keli M. Neary and the Hon. Sylvia H. Rambo, Zilinski managed case dockets, monitored deadlines, and drafted memoranda and orders concerning case management, discovery, and dispositive motions. He also previously served as Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Special Federal Litigation Division in the New York City Law Department, where he represented New York City and its employees as lead counsel in federal civil rights actions. Zilinski holds a J.D. and B.A. from The Pennsylvania State University.
