Overview
Jesse Zilinski is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Group and focuses his practice on a broad range of matters. Prior to joining Eckert Seamans, Jesse served as a Judicial Law Clerk for two different judges in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Interests
Jesse enjoys traveling, reading fiction and nonfiction, and competing in pub trivia with friends where his best categories are history and geography. Being a double alumnus of Penn State, he is a passionate Penn State football fan. He is also actively involved in legal education, volunteering as a juror or judge for mock trial and moot court competitions at the high school, college, and law school levels, including as a practice judge for Widener Commonwealth Law School moot court teams and as a judge for Penn State Dickinson Law’s intraschool mock trial and moot court competitions.
