Eckert Seamans Welcomes Jacob Hanley

Eckert Seamans is pleased to welcome Jacob Hanley to the firm’s Pittsburgh office. He focuses his practice on a diverse array of complex commercial litigation matters.

Hanley’s experience includes cases involving the construction and health care industries before state and federal courts, as well as administrative and arbitral forums. Hanley also served as a legal intern with the United States Attorneys’ Office for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Hanley is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Allegheny County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division. In his free time, he also serves as a youth soccer coach for the Beadling Soccer Club.

Hanley, who joins from Gordon & Rees, is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and earned his J.D. from the Duquesne University School of Law (2020), where he served as the executive editor of the Duquesne Law Review. He received his B.S.B.A., cum laude, from Robert Morris University (2016), where he played NCAA Division I soccer.
