Eckert Seamans Welcomes Bryce R. Beard to Harrisburg Office

Eckert Seamans is pleased to welcome Bryce R. Beard to the firm’s Harrisburg office. Beard is an associate in the Energy, Utilities and Telecommunications practice groups, and focuses his practice on administrative litigation predominately before the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission representing utilities including pipeline, electric and natural gas distribution, electric and natural gas suppliers, water and wastewater, and transportation.
Prior to joining private practice, Beard interned with the Pennsylvania Office of General Counsel where he was a certified legal intern with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Southcentral Regional Office and a legal intern with Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Regulatory Counsel.
He is currently a Council member for the Public Utility Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and actively advances the Law Section’s goals, programs, and membership. Beard earned his J.D. from The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University and his M.S. and B.S. from the Florida Institute of Technology.
