Eckert Seamans Named Among Top Law Firms with Most Attorney Business Development Enthusiasm in BTI Survey

National law firm Eckert Seamans has been named among the top 44 law firms with the most attorney business development enthusiasm, according to a survey conducted by BTI Consulting Group.
In an independent survey of attorneys with more than 5,000 responses, BTI found that the 44 top firms named are able to develop, keep, and engage the most BD-enthused attorneys. The five largest influencers on attitudes towards engaging attorneys in business development included personal motivation; how the firm talks about business development; access to watching rainmakers; and the support of both rainmakers and more junior attorneys.

In September, Eckert Seamans was also named “Best of the Best” for LinkedIn Engagement in BTI Consulting Group’s 2023 BTI Benchmarking Law Firm LinkedIn Performance report. The report examined data from more than 200 law firms’ LinkedIn pages calculating performance on 18 different metrics to identify firms with the best engagement. As reported, 83% of clients now go to LinkedIn as a part of their regular work routine.
