Eckert Seamans Mourns Dean F. Richardson

Special Counsel Dean F. Richardson passed away on Saturday, November 23, 2019.
Mr. Richardson joined Eckert Seamans in 1990 and was previously the long-serving chair of the firm’s Public Finance Group. For nearly 40 years, his work on high-profile public finance transactions helped shape the landscape of Western Pennsylvania and beyond on projects including hospitals, colleges and universities, sports facilities, convention centers, schools, housing, continuing care and assisted living facilities, and redevelopment areas, among many others. Mr. Richardson served as the past president of the Pennsylvania Association of Bond Lawyers and was involved in the National Association of Bond Lawyers and the Allegheny County Bar Association.
